Justin Bieber continues to hold the top two spots in the singles charts, but he may face competition from newly-crowned X Factor winner Louisa Johnson.
Bieber’s single Love Yourself is still number one, but could drop down if Johnson’s winner’s song proves popular with fans.
According to the Official Charts Company, Johnson’s cover of Bob Dylan’s Forever Young was launched too late on Sunday evening to be included in the chart update for the beginning of the week.
The chart progress of her single is due to be released after its full first 24 hours on sale.
Last year’s winner, Ben Haenow, and his single Something I Need, notched up 214,000 combined sales during its first week.
Bieber also holds the second spot on the single charts with his song Sorry. Grace ft. G-Eazy’s You Don’t Own Me leaps from five to three while Adele’s Hello is at number four and Sigala’s Sweet Lovin’ is at number five.
The race for the Christmas number one also has a new contender as grime artist Stormzy launched a Twitter campaign to get his song Shut Up to the top of the charts, resulting in it zooming 63 places to 36.
On the albums front, Adele is set to continue her domination of the charts with 25.
Elvis Presley’s If I Can Dream is at number two, Coldplay’s A Head Full Of Dreams has slipped down to number three and Bieber’s Purpose is at number four.
